A Welcome Message

Wellness Wednesday Committee members Sharlie Reid and Sonya Snowsill got into the swing of things creating a welcome message in a video for the Wellness Wednesday event.

Inspired by the momentum of the event, this 2 person video production team had all the gear set up, and with script in hand, Sharlie gave the welcome message while director and cameraperson Sonya managed the camera and lighting.

The year 2020 has certainly been a very difficult year for everyone, but in a show of solidarity, the committee members, backed by an inspired support team, have been working hard to make this year’s Wellness Wednesday a milestone event for mental health and wellbeing.

So, now you have been invited and welcomed to this year’s Wellness Wednesday, come down and give it a go – get involved, get informed and have fun!
