Applications close on Thursday 12th September, 2024 at 4pm

STALL HOLDER'S CHECK LIST

Please note that some of these conditions are mandated by the City Of Mandurah.

NO BALLOONS
NO SINGLE USE PLASTIC - wherever possible
NO PETS allowed in event area (as requested by the City of Mandurah)
BRING YOUR OWN GAZEBO, TABLE AND CHAIRS
BE AWARE OF BIKES, PEOPLE AND THE TRAIN GOING THROUGH AREA!
STALLS MUST BE SET UP BEFORE 9:30AM
NO METAL TENT PEGS - only sandbags or water weights
GAZEBO TO BE NO CLOSER THAN 3M TO ADJACENT STALL
STALL MUST NOT BE LEFT VACANT
BE PREPARED FOR A VISIT FROM THE EVENT MC - have a some information ready to say about your organisation or business
NO PACKING UP BEFORE 2PM
